Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing, downloading, or using Ultron AI software and digital assets ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the software.

2. License Grant & Usage - **Lifetime License:** Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install, execute, and customize Ultron AI on your personal or company workstations. - **Source Code Rights:** You are granted full access to the Python source code and plugin architecture for private customization, workflow integration, and enhancement. - **Redistribution Restrictions:** You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly share the raw software codebase, download archives, or license keys as a standalone product.

3. API Keys & Third-Party Services Ultron AI integrates with Google Gemini Live API via your own personal API key (Google AI Studio). You are responsible for complying with Google's API terms of service and usage quotas. Ultron AI does not harvest, store, or transmit your API keys to any third-party server.

4. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to Ultron AI (including UI design, cybernetic assets, sound engine, and architecture) remain the exclusive property of Ultron AI Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ultron AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
